Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets out what you may and may not do with Pitchsmith.

1. User accountability
You are responsible for the proposals you create and send. All pricing, promises, timelines and compliance statements in a proposal must be verified by you before use. Figures are presentation only and are not endorsed by us.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
- Fabricating credentials, qualifications, results or case studies.
- Forging or falsely claiming third-party endorsements, awards or affiliations.
- Impersonating another person, business or brand.
- Plagiarising or copying another party's proposal or protected material.
- Using the tool to present regulated financial, investment, legal, medical or other licensed advice as if it were professional advice.
- Generating unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful or infringing content.
- Uploading content you do not have the rights to use, or another party's confidential information without authority.
3. No financial or investment guidance
You must not represent any figure or projection generated with the tool as financial advice, a valuation, a guaranteed return or an investment recommendation. The tool arranges numbers you enter; it does not advise on them.
4. Security and fair use
- Do not attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
- Do not scrape, resell or provide the service to third parties except as your own client deliverables.
- Do not circumvent plan limits or abuse generation capacity.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. Report abuse to support@stevenprice.shop.
