Content License
This describes who owns what when you upload material and generate proposals, decks and walkthroughs.

1. Your uploaded content
You keep all ownership of the briefs, client information, logos and brand assets you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content only to operate the service for you — generating, editing, exporting and sharing your proposals.
2. Confidentiality
Uploaded client information and brand assets are treated as confidential to you. We store them with encryption at rest and do not use your confidential content for external training or to build public datasets.
3. Generated output
Subject to your subscription being in good standing, you own the commercial rights to the proposals, deck slides, one-pagers and walkthroughs you generate, and may use them with your clients. Free Draft outputs are watermarked and licensed for evaluation only.
4. Our materials
The service, its software, templates, sample visuals and the Pitchsmith brand remain our property. Illustrative images in the product are style references and are not client deliverables.
5. Responsibility for use
You are responsible for ensuring your final proposals are accurate and that you hold the rights to everything you include before sending to a client.
6. Deletion
You can delete generated content and uploads at any time. To remove your account and associated content, contact support@stevenprice.shop.
