Refund & Cancellation Policy
Pitchsmith is a pure digital subscription. This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work.

1. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal linked in your Stripe receipt, or by contacting us. When you cancel, your plan does not renew and you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
2. Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions are charged at the start of each period. Because the service is delivered digitally and immediately, monthly fees already charged are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
3. Yearly plans
Yearly subscriptions are billed once for the year. If you cancel a yearly plan, it will not renew. Requests for a partial refund of an unused remainder are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are at our discretion, except where a statutory right applies.
4. Allowances do not roll over
Proposal allowances are usage limits for the billing period, not credits or a stored balance. Unused allowance has no cash value, is not refundable and does not carry over to the next period.
5. Quality and re-generation
If a generated proposal, image or walkthrough is not to your satisfaction, re-generate it within your plan before requesting a refund. We would rather help you get a result you can send than process a refund.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing here limits your non-waivable consumer rights. For digital services supplied immediately, you may be asked to acknowledge that supply begins at once, which can affect a cooling-off right. Where a statutory right to a refund applies under the laws of England and Wales, we honour it.
7. How to request
Email support@stevenprice.shop with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within one business day.
