Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and STEVENSON PRICE LIMITED for use of Pitchsmith.

Last updated: 14 July 2026

1. The service

Pitchsmith is an online-only digital subscription tool that helps you generate client proposals, branded pitch decks, one-page layouts and animated walkthroughs from a brief you provide. It is a document and presentation tool.

The service delivers digital outputs only. There are no physical goods, no shipping, no on-site services and no installation, repair, diagnostic or certification services of any kind.

2. Not professional advice

The proposals, scopes, pricing layouts and pitch materials produced by the service are working drafts. They do not constitute licensed consulting, legal, accounting, financial or investment advice, and do not create a contract between you and your client.

You must review and, where appropriate, have a professional review any material before you rely on it or send it to a client. You are solely responsible for the content you send.

3. No financial or investment guidance

Any price, budget or figure in a proposal is entered by you and is presented for layout purposes only. We do not recommend, endorse, forecast or evaluate any amount, do not provide personalised financial or investment advice, and do not guarantee that any proposal will win, close or be paid.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and hold the rights to any content you upload.
  • Verify all figures, claims, timelines and compliance statements before sending to a client.
  • Do not fabricate credentials, forge case studies, impersonate third parties or plagiarise others' proposals.
  • Use the service only for lawful, professional purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in USD through Stripe on a monthly or yearly cycle until cancelled. Monthly proposal allowances are usage limits, not credits or stored balances, and do not roll over. Yearly plans are billed once per year at the stated rate.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you upload. Subject to payment, you own the commercial rights to the proposals, decks and walkthroughs you generate, as set out in the Content License. The service, its software and brand remain our property.

8. AI output

Generated content may contain errors and is provided on an as-is basis for your review. See the AI Disclaimer.

9. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes of proposals you send.

10. Eligibility (age)

The service is for professional adults. Users under 13 may not use it; users aged 13–17 require verifiable parent or guardian consent.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
